- Technical/grammatical errors or non-functionality not fixed within 30 days of store delivery
Partial Refund Eligible for:
- Other circumstances causing dissatisfaction
Not-Eligible for Refund:
- Purchased discounted bundles
- Ads Management/SEO program started
- Custom Shopify store design process initiated
- Results of sales
- Inactivity or effort resulting in poor performance
- Unsatisfied with store design
- Purchase of downloadable digital product
- Store restrictions unrelated to eCommencer or future policy changes
Partial Refund Amounts:
- 35% for orders under $499 USD
- 45% for orders above $499 USD
